The University of St Mark and St John (Marjon)

The University of St Mark and St John organises an undergraduate M.Ost. Master of Osteopathic Medicine both Full-Time and Part-Time. “This integrated Master’s degree is designed for undergraduate entry. It is a pre-registration Master’s, enabling you to become a registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council.”

All part-time students must go full-time in years five and six.

“All osteopaths in the UK are regulated by the General Osteopathic Council. Osteopathy is a statutorily regulated profession and only graduates that hold a qualification like the Marjon’s Osteopathic Medicine degree from an institute recognised by the General Osteopathic Council, like Marjon, are permitted by law to practise as an Osteopath.

Subject to a disclosure and barring check on completion of our four year integrated Master’s Osteopathic Medicine the students will qualify as registered osteopaths. Marjon is the only university in the South West to offer an Osteopathic Master’s course which is fully accredited by the General Osteopathic Council.”
