London School of Osteopathy (LSO) – validated by Anglia Ruskin University

“The London School of Osteopathy has been welcoming students from the UK and beyond for over 70 years, thanks to its high quality osteopathic training both in the classroom and in its osteopathic clinic. Osteopathy students are enrolled on the undergraduate Masters of Osteopathy Degree (MOst) accredited by the General Osteopathic Council and validated by Anglia Ruskin University. In the penultimate year of studies there is the option to transfer to qualify with a Bachelors of Osteopathy (BOst).

The LSO offers the choice of studying a degree in osteopathy on a full-time or part-time basis.”

Each of these routes will lead to a full qualification in osteopathy and all the school’s graduates  will be enabled to register with The General Osteopathic Council, which will allow them to practice osteopathy in the UK.

The School operated in a friendly and inclusive envitonment, characterised by small class sizes which allow the students to  quickly get to know both their lecturers and fellow students. Its osteopathic clinic in East London enables students to start gaining valuable hands on experience right from the first year of study.

Master of Osteopathy (MOst) 6 years Part-Time or 4 years Full-Time

The Master of Osteopathy (MOst) is available as Part-Time (6 years) or Full-Time (4 years).

Students will decide whether they wish to qualify with a MOst or a BOst in their penultimate year of studies. The decision may be based on different reasons, like, for example, the time of completion, which for the MOst take 6 months more (1 year for the Part-Time path) or the condition that, although both qualifications allow the graduates to practice in the UK, in other European countries the MOst is required to practice osteopathy.
